Meet Haylee

Haylee Hohenstein

Founder and Owner
I am thankful everyday for my yoga practice.

A life of Yoga has been my support system. My practice has seen me through the devastating death of my father as well as postpartum depression after my first daughter was born. I was sucked into a dark world of depression, anxiety and insomnia.

Yoga offered me light, a safe place to go to. The mat is where I learnt to build up my strength again, transforming my mind and my body. I was reconnected to my spirituality and inner peace.

My continuous growth process is so important to me that I strive to help others experience and connect with their own inner balance.

Yoga is the path towards connecting our mental and physical bodies so that we may achieve inner peace and self-fulfillment.
